Lead Pastor
Pastor Rob Jones
Pastor Rob serves as the lead pastor and planter for Redemption Church. He is passionate about sharing the Gospel with others and seeing people come to Christ. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry from Blue Mountain Christian University and a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Prior to ministry, he served five years in the United States Marine Corps. and owned and operated a vegetable farm for several years in Mississippi. Rob is married to Jordan and together they have four children, Reagan, Millie, Lauren, and Eli. In his off time he loves spending time with family, fishing, and diving.
Worship Leader
Scotty Duncan
Scotty serves as the worship leader for Redemption Church. He spent over twenty years in the United States Air Force, first as an aircraft maintainer, and later as a Religious Affairs Airman supporting chaplains and caring for service members around the world. His calling to worship ministry deepened throughout his military career as he helped lead worship services, supported spiritual resilience programs, and walked alongside Airmen and families in both challenging and celebratory seasons. His years of service shaped a passion for building relationships and developing programs that foster community growth, strengthen connections, and encourage people to serve. Scotty has been married to his wife, Valerie, for twenty years, and together they have three daughters: Reagan, Liliana, and Adeline.
